We start with a free fifteen minute consultation where we both can evaluate if working together feels like a good fit. To set this up, please visit this page and fill out the contact form.
-
The cost of a session depends on the type of session and the length of the session. Individual therapy fees start at $165 per session, couples’ therapy fees start at $185 per session and family therapy fees start at $195 per session. For every client, the intake session is $200. In an effort to keep counseling services accessible, we do offer sliding scale; these slots are limited and may not always be available. Sliding scale spots allow for clients to receive services at a lower cost. If you would like more information on fees, please reach out via our contact page.

We do not accept insurance. However, we have partnered with Mentaya to help clients use their out-of-network benefits, should they have them. Use the tool below to see if you qualify for reimbursement for our services.
-
Mentaya works by identifying potential out-of-network benefits in your insurance plan that could apply to your therapy sessions with us. This allows you to get reimbursed for a portion of your therapy costs, even though we are not in-network with your insurance.
Here’s how it works:
Submit Claims: After each session, Mentaya will submit claims to your insurance on your behalf.
Track Reimbursements: You can easily track your reimbursements and see how much your insurance has covered.
Save Time: This process saves you the hassle of manually submitting claims and tracking your own insurance paperwork.

Clients are required to cancel a session at least 48 hours before their scheduled time in order to avoid the cancellation fee. For Saturday sessions, clients must cancel one week in advance or will be charged a 50% fee, then 100% if cancelled less than 48hrs before.

We offer both in-person appointments at our office in SW Austin off of Hwy 71 and HIPPA compliant tele-health sessions. These services are available to residents of Texas.
